DEBORAH MOODY

MALCOLM HOLWILL

Malcolm attended the Year Out Drama Company in 2005 and went straight on to Rose Bruford College to complete a degree in European Theatre Arts.
 
Malcolm taught LAMDA examinations before finally heading to work for Year Out Drama in 2012, helping lead fitness classes (another passion of his) and overseeing all technical aspects of productions. 
 

ALASTAIR McPHAIL

Alastair was a member of the Year Out Drama Company in 2009/10. Having completed the course, he then went onto work for the company and has directed productions including ‘The Suicide’, ‘Under Milk Wood’ and ‘The Cherry Orchard’.

Alastair has recently graduated from Royal Central School of Speech and Drama with an MA in Advanced Theatre Practice. He is also Co-artistic director of The Fun Club.

LISA SPIRLING (Director) National Theatre, Old Vic, Noel Coward Theatre (West End), Jacksons Lane Theatre, Rose Theatre Kingston, Hampstead Theatre. Lisa is currently Artistic Director at Theatre 503.

MICHAEL CORBIDGE (Voice and Text Coach) RSC, Lyric Theatre Belfast, Practitioner in Residence at Rose Bruford College. 

Michael is currently the Senior Voice and Text Associate with the Royal Shakespeare Company.


DEB PUGH (Movement Director/Performer) Theatre Ad Infinitum, Curve Leicester, Lowry Theatre, Bristol Old Vic. 

Deb has recently finished a tour of Translunar Paradise with Theatre Ad Infinitum.


GILLIAN BEVAN (Actress) RSC, National Theatre, Manchester Royal Exchange, West Yorkshire Playhouse.

Gillian could recently be seen playing Teresa May in Channel 4 sitcom, The Windsors. 


ROB LISTER (Actor) RSC, National Theatre, New Shakespeare Company, English Touring Theatre. Author of In Other Words: The Bard in Anagrams.

Rob currently plays Lewis Carmichael in the long running BBC Radio 4 Drama, The Archers.

 

Year Out Drama Alumni are regularly invited back to Stratford to share their experience of university, drama school and their career path and are often engaged to lead workshops and performance projects.

These young professionals bring energy, new ideas and innovative ways of working.
